[Resolved]  Adani Gas — Worst Customer Service Call and Rude Behaviour

We had a modification request at our home as we are renovating the kitchen. We requested Adani multiple times and the helpers (how they address the people who visit site for modifications) finally came! After they came withint 20 minutes while we were talking to our architect/interior designer and discussing with the helper person on what can be do e, the person tells that he has another appointment and has to leave so won’t do that work. I don’t know how they got to without even visiting the site ever before that it will not take more than 20 minutes that he booked another appointment? As long as I know it is on a “when the work finishes” basis and as confirmed by Adani’s customer service agent. This helper guy then goes ahead and lies to his supervisor giving him false reason to have not finished the job. I think he came with a mindset to not start the work today otherwise he wouldn’t have left or lied like that. This is a paid job and he was not doing it for free. On duty, the person says I don’t have time for this? Then what does he has time for? Ridiculous behaviour and service. I need the resolution today as this was supposed to be done today so it should be done today.!
