On 9 June 2021 I have paid Rs. 45998 being the cost of two hitachi split AC (refurbished) [ Order Number: [protected] ].
One of addmecart's team member talked to us regarding the unavailability of the product which i have ordered .
So I requested your member on call about the Cancellation of the order and immediate tranfering back of payment that i have done earlier which is rupees 45998.I have also received confirmation message from them regarding approval of my cancellation request on 21 june 2021.
Till now i have not received my payment back neither any response was given to us. Moreover there is no positive response when i called to the phone number of their team member [protected].
I am also attaching a receipt showing the successful transaction via UPI.

I have been trying to contact addmecart official via email but they are not resonding now.
