Adel Landmarks Ltd. (Formerly Known As Era Landmarks Ltd.) — Grievance against adel landmarks limited for not giving possession of plot

Dear Sir / Madam, I had booked a plot (251 sq. Yards) in year 2011 with ADEL Landmarks Ltd. having Registered Office at 153, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase – III, New Delhi – 110020) in their project of “ERA Green World” situated at Sec- 8, Palwal (Haryana). My unit no. is PWL/N-19. I want to bring this to your kind attention that I have made timely payments (a sum of Rs. 22, 84, 100) to M/s ADEL LANDMARKS LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Builder”) as per the terms of sales agreement (dated 14th Dec 2011). As per the agreement, builder had to give us the physical possession of said unit within 30 months from the date of booking, which is already over. I learnt from the newspapers that the builder had mortgaged “ERA Green World” project to IFCI for taking loan and defaulted in repayment to IFCI. Therefore IFCI has ceased this property under securitization act, 2002. In this connection, I have made no. of visits to their Head Office at B-24, Sec-3, Noida but not getting any positive response at all. I hereby request you to kindly intervene in this matter and bring me a justice.
