I ordered one Jacket from Adidas app on 15th Jan 2022, I received that product on 19th Jan 2022, So the product I received is exact same product that I ordered but the size is incorrect.
I ordered size S but received size L though the product is exactly same as what I ordered.
I placed return request for the same mentioning the reason as wrong size, and it is picked by their delivery executive on 20th Jan 2022 (He also verified the product and tags before picking it up)
The product reached warehouse on 21st Jan 2022, and product quality checked didn't happen in the warehouse till date i.e. 1st Feb 2022.
I have contacted customer service team 7-8 times, each time they told they have talked to quality check team and escalated the issue to them and issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours, which didn't happened yet.
It seems like Adidas don't want to refund my amount just by asking me to wait for 48 hours every time I call their customer support team. They are delaying quality check process with no specific reason.
Please help me resolve my issue as soon as possible and provide me the refund from Adidas. Was this information helpful? |
