Adidas — Adidas shoes | Money deducted but payment failed

Hello,

I had placed an order for Adidas shoes on 6th Oct, 2023 worth 1979 INR. In my first transaction, I made the payment through debit card and money was deducted from my bank but payment failed and order was not placed. Please find attached screenshot for your reference.

I placed order again with cash on delivery as option and it was placed successfully. The order number for successful order was AIN04375950.

Please refund the amount of 1979 INR to my account for which the payment failed.
