Adidas — Complaint against Adidas

About three months back, i purchased a shoe from Adidas, Razabajar, Patna at 8600/- less 30%. After 4 months, i had a pain in right ankle. Then i started to use my old shoe and i got relief. I complained to ADIDAS online. They asked to send photocopy of Bill & snapshot But i do'nt have cashmemo. I asked their Showroom for duplicate bill, but they denied to give it. I sent them snapshot of complain product with serial no. and other information, but they again asking for Duplicate bill. I offered them that i could handover the product to their Showroom and they can examine thoroughly the complain product. But they refused to do anything without original or duplicate memo. There is lot of complaints on Google and people cheated in same way like me, then I searched for complaints website then I find company named www.click2complain.com they take my complaint and help me to resolve my issue, thanks to Ms Kiran for her Kind support.
