[Resolved]  Adidas — Defective Product

Hello, I've been using Adidas products since years, and I'm very sorry to say that I was really disappointed with one of the product with the Adi running shoes I bought. I bought an Adi running shoes two years back (NOT on sale) from Adidas Pattom, Kerala. Though it's been two years, I have used it only a few times that I could count the days I've used it. Only since last week, I've been using it almost regularly for jogging. And to my surprise, or rather shock, it tore apart on the front side. Had it been from wear and tear, I would have certainly understood. I'm sure I haven't used it even remotely to bring it into such a pathetic state. Also, being a regular user of Adidas, this is the fisrt time I have come across such a defect.Since it is a running shoe as the product says, being a customer I certainly do not expect it to come off like this in such short span o[censored]se.
