[Resolved]  Adidas — defective shoes not replaced

I am a middle class consumer and i brought an adidas golba shoes for rupees1999 on[protected] for 6 month warranty and the shopkeeper told me that he will replace it if any damage occurs and when i brought that shoes for replacing he cheated me and said that it cannot be replaced and he pasted it with gum and gave it to me and i went with that and after that when today i went there he said that he cannot do anything and he will sent the shoes to company and such like fake offers made to a middle class consumer like me so please help me to replace my shoes as fast as you could
