So I ordered a pair of shoes unfortunately they didn't fit me . So I returned them through them and I received an email that my product has successfully reached the warehouse and was also told that my money would be refunded. since I paid for it through cash on delivery I was told a email would come where we have to give our bank address to get the refund it's been almost a week and I didn't get any such email for Adidas or any kind of refund. Whenever I try to reach out for customer care they are always busy and I also tired to send them a email regarding the problem but there was no response Was this information helpful? |
