I had initiated a return online, which was cancelled by the pick up service provide on his own without any communication. Subsequently I called couple of time the customer service to reinitiate the returns but even after 15 days, the pick up is still not done and whenever I speak to customer service, they say they will reinitiate it and to wait for few days. When I requested to speak to the Supervisor, the customer service agent Vinay, refused to allow me to speak to the supervisor.
