[Resolved]  Adidas — Refund not credited after 17 days

I have returned one order from Adidas.. Adidas Reclaim utility track pant.The order value was 2999.50.I returned the product because it was not matching the description.

Product was picked up from my place on 6th oct..Returned got completed on 12th oct after passing qc..( I am attaching the screenshot of Adidas order page where it is showing refund is initiated).
As my order was on cod they sent me a PayU money link on 16th oct..And I filled the details..
But.. According to customer service that transaction got failed due to verification issue..
I should have received another pay U link by 23rd oct..
But..I haven't received neither payU link nor money in my bank account..
It's been total 17days from order was picked up..
But..I haven't received the refund..
Adidas is scamming customer..
Don't know how and when I will get my refund
