Ordered Two T shirts of medium size which I always purchase from the stores. But the medium size I got from the online store was too big. Hence it was returned and received by them on 22nd July 2022. Got a confirmation mail from the company. Ref No is AIN01069545.
Now the problem started regarding horrible refund process. No one picked up my call in customer care number for the last 15 days. No response to my emails. Don’t know when it will be processed. Absolutely unprofessional attitude on the part of the company for consumer’s complaints redressal mechanism. Request to first put up a mechanism to respond the calls/ reply emails at least.
