I had requested to adidas for a refund of the product which i purchased on first week of march which had a colour issue, as the colour was not matching with the picture they shown, (ORDER ID AIN[protected] and they accepted the refund and they asked us to submit the bank details for the same which i submitted soon after receiving the mail from adidas but BUT DIDNT RECEIVE THE REFUND TILL NOW ie, EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS!!!when i called the customer care excecutive, after many tiring days even just to connect with them, he told within 1 nd half day i will get the refund, after waiting for 2 days again i contacted the customer care executive, he told to submit the bank details once more, i questioned him by asking whether it will take another 14 days to get the refund, if i am resubmitting the bank details, he told never, its just to make the procedures quickly, so i resubmitted the bank details, and again when i talked with the customer care, he told within 48 hrs i’ll get the refund by sure...
But it didn’t refunded, so again i had spoken with customer care executive, he told what the other customer care executive told was not correct, we couldn’t get the refund within 24 hrs and also so far they didnt escalated my complaint to the higher authorities...
My question is, as per my first submission of bank details itself the time to get my refund was already exceeded.. and why this customer care executive asked me to resubmit the bank details???????? To delay the refund???????
EVEN AFTER CONTINUOSLY MAILING TO ADIDAS (13 or OR 14 TIMES )WE ALWAYS RECEIVED THE SAME AUTOMATIC RESPONSE REGARDING THEIR APOLOGIES WHICH IS UTTER WASTE...YOUR MERE APOLOGY IS NOT THE SOLUTION FOR OUR PROBLEM...
NOW WE ARE PLANNING TO MOVE LEGALLY AGAINST ADIDAS FOR CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS
NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH TEAM ADIDAS, ALSO THE COSTUMER CARE EXECUTIVES WHO ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS WITH ONE OR THE OTHER LIES
ONE MORE THING: SOME OF THE THE CUSTOMER CARE EXCECUTIVES ARE CHEATING AND MISGUIDING THE CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING FAKE MAIL ID’S, SAYING TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT TO THIS ID AS WELL.. WE CONFIRMED THE ID WHICH THEY TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES FROM THEM

WHEN WE SENT MAIL TO THIS ID WE RECEIVED THE AUTOMATIC RESPONSE AS SUCH AN ADDRESS WAS NOT FOUND
