I order a pair of shoes from adidas app, i recieved the pair on 23 July 2022, but I had some issues with size . So I immediately asked for return and my request was accepted and the product was picked up on 25 July .
The quality check was done on 28 July and I made a call and got refund form . I filled the details and submitted it . I waited for 10 days, but didn't get refund . So I called them and they told me that my details are mismatched so I got refund form again . I again filled a refund form on 8 August . Again waited for ten days but didn't get the refund . I again called them on 18 August and I was told that my refund was under process and due to some technical issues it was not done on time but it would be done by 20-22 August .
On 22 August after not getting refund i again called them and emailed them .
On call they said the same and excused about technical glitch .But on email they said that they didn't recieve my bank information . So they again provided me a refund form, now I fill it with different account details & I hope for a necessary and quick response from their side .
