Adidas — shoe colour faded

I had purchased an adidas neo prime shoes online from flipkart on 27th june 2017 and after all discounts i paid 3123inr and my invoice number is faaagj[protected].
Now the problem is, colour of the shoes is faded and also the shoes is not in proper shape.
So, i want a replacement of my shoes and i hope adidas never want to loose there old customers.

Hi, I have purchased a show on[protected] on Vijaya forum mall addidas show room. Now the bottom sole has gone. I ahve attached the photos of that shoe. I have really doubt whether the show room is selling original . Pls look into
