I received shoe as a gift from different state and by the time it reached exchange period was already passed, I requested to nearest store to exchange same product for right size, but they didn’t and routed me to customer care, and I approached customer care they told to visit nearest store as they can’t help. There is no one who know how to get this fix and I am just running from store to customer care back and forth.
I had sent multiple emails. Visited store twice and called up your customer care but no help assistance at all. Our money is wasted due to you poor after sales service and employees who doesn’t know what to do to help customers.
Is there anyone in you company who can help?
