[Resolved] Adidas — shoes became defective very soon | |||
Hi I bought the Adidas shoes for rs 4999 from : adi Sports(India) Pvt Ltd D-17 Ground Floor Raj Nagar ROC Advocate Chamber Raj Nagar Ghaziabad(up) ph no:[protected], [protected] on 15/10/2013 and after using it for only 4 months it has got defected.I am sending you the pics of the shoes and bill.The yellow circled part in the shoe pics is defected.I want my money back or provide me the new pair of shoe.. It can't be claimed as a damaged, as Adidas claimed policy is for 3 months after date purchase. And as per t and c, mess is damaged.Whichis not a part of claim.
