Hi,

I purchased ADIDAS
Men Grey Energy Bounce Elite Printed Running Shoes
Size: 11 / Qty: 1
Code: 1070283
on the 4th march 2016

The right side shoe is torn on the, top-front side of the foot. I have tried and contacted the customer service desk only to learn that there is no response to the calls on more than one occasion, despite waiting for 10 to 15 mins on the phone line.
