I ordered basketball shoes from adidassaleindia.in site on 1 December 2019 but didn't got it. Also they debited amount just by card details and didn't sent an otp. I want to cancel my order and want a refund in my account. The money deducted was 7000 approximately rupees from my account. Also they didn't have any contact information on site to solve the problem. Only they have is just to write the message as a compliment. I m getting worried about it.
