I have taken personal loan from aditya birla. Now i wanted to preclose it. For the 6th time they rejected my cheque for preclosing the loan saying some reason. I have to travel 60km to visit their branch. Everytime before i visit i used to call their customer service to make sure process is smooth. After visiting their office, they used to tell me our executive given you wrong information. These people simply want to make me visit so that they can cut my next emi also.
