Dear sir, This is to inform that mrs,. Sunita ochani admitted on 5 sept midnight at 11.30 v got the room 2050 where there was no good facility & no cleanliness thn on 6 sept they shifted to 2054 which was more worst condition the whole day noise disturbation was there & the patient cnt sleep thn on 7 sept v got discharge where v got more trouble in process and clearing the bills v hv call for wheel chair bt the service was nt there for 45 mins and aftr waiting so much tm v brought the patient by walk Hence pls take strict action on managemnt of aditya birla hospital chinchwad the worst service they provide aftr taking so much charges overall the hospital is costly and worst Was this information helpful? | |||
