This is to inform you that on 4th july i was made two money load transactions on adity birla payment bank via debit card in my savings account first amount Rs 2157 ( payment made through master card ) and another one payment through rupay card. Both amount debited from my husband account but no amount credited in my account after successful transactions.
For your better knowledge i have attached both transactions screen shoot with this mail. I think this is a worst service by. I called there customer care and mail also but no reply from there end.
Request you please resolve my matter and credit the amount as soon as possible.

I had too much excited when I know about the ABPB service also opened an account immediately to know the experience but after a few days (4th Sept'18) Rs 500 deducted as marked reversed. I am unable to know the deduction details and call to customer care also register a complain then they assure me that the deducted amount will be credited within 3 working days also revert by mail the same but till now no update also not credited the amount.
Please guide me further regarding this matter.
