Dear Sir/Madam, I am Mr. Ratital K Vora, a senior citizen and resident of Mumbai & about 1.5 years before I contacted Advocate Mrs. Vibha Mishtrikotkar residing at Andheri, Mumbai & paid her INR 55, 000 to file an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail as well as act in the position of mediator in the ongoing case between RK Vora and Veera Home Space Private Ltd. Advocate Vibha assured to do the above-mentioned work & agreed that if the settlement does not take place, she will return the fees of INR 55, 000. But I am sorry to inform you that she has not completed her work and I have been trying to contact her for long but she is avoiding any sort of communication. She is not cooperating by giving details as well as not returning the fees. This is nothing but a clear case of cheating, fraud etc.
I request you to look inside the matter at the earliest and help us recover the fees paid along with the additional charges incurred on communication with her. Was this information helpful? |
