I tried to reserve ticket from hyderabad to kochi on 20/5/2016 for a ticket on 23/05/2016 in the name of my son vishnu vijayan. Payment made through netbanking, amount 2168 was deducted from my sbh account but ticket was not booked due to some error. Thinking that money will come back again ticket was booked through internetbnking for the sameday. Two times money was paid. On the same date the matter was informed to your office replied, please wait money will come back. Over phone i havebeen in touch with your office till today. Once they suggested to check with the banker. Banker washed off his hands. Please do the needful immediately without troubling the real customers of your service.
