Aeon Connect Travels — The one who responded with number provided is Dangerous

I have booked a bus from banglore to ernakulam which is cancelled by the bus operator due to Cauvery issue and also i got a message saying that amount will be refunded...Now the problem is when i called to above mentioned number for any other buses and about refund amount...he is saying collect it from Chief Ministers and protests who is causing the issues...his response was weird and have never seen such response from any other travels in India.
POINTING TO AEON CONNECT...I[censored] R NOT INTERESTED TO DO BUSINESS PLEASE DONT GIVE SERVICES TO PUBLIC AND I HAVE SEEN IN COMPLAINTS NO ONE IS LIKELY TO BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN...
