We purchased Dell R720 server with TAG-NO: 2VGVD02 on 27th March 2014 with invoice number (ZC/828/2013-14). Since past 1 week we have been contacting Dell for help in increasing memory (RAM) of the server by 64 GB. We have contacted our following accounts contact people given to us by Dell '[protected]@Dell.com' '[protected]@Dell.com' '[protected]@Dell.com' No one is responding our emails / phone calls. This is a very poor service from Dell. We have now come to a serious decision whether to continue business with Dell or not.
