Sir/madam, We shifted our household goods on 16/8/15 through Agarwal movers and packers from guwahati to Allahabad. this consignment was to be reached on 23rd august, according to which we booked our tickets and reached Allahabad. Today is 29/8/15, its been 12 days since the date of delivery and still they have not given any specific information about the consignment. All our household goods are with them even our vehicle is there and here we are in Allahabad, living nothing less than a beggar's life. every day they are giving random dates and I seriously don't know how many more extra days they need! I'm very much disappointed with the company, being professionals, its their utmost duty to serve us properly. Since they have taken the responsibility of delivering someone's whole household, they should have that much of humanity to work on their words! the consignment which was to to reached 12days back has not yet reached! what a shame for the company!!
