Please refer to my mail below and several telephonic discussion with Your Mr. Sanjeev Bagaria with reference to the consignment fixup receipt number CFRBSR_/1314/05093 for transportation of my belongings from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata and note the following:
1. That a single sitter sofa has been received in damaged condition. (photo attached)
2. The Air Conditioner, T.V, Water filter (R.O) and other electric equipment has not been instaled.
3. Beds are also not set yet.
As per the unloaders other persons were suppose to come for the above purpose, hence the same has also been mentioned in the unloading receipt taken by them. the same has also been communicated to your representative at Kolkata
as well as Mr. Sanjeev Bagaria.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange for completion of pending work as well as change/ replace the damaged sofa by today itself.
