This is my complaint and not being addressed till date.
I was addressed that the survey person will come today but still no one is picking up my phone and no response from your team.

I work in uco bank as assistant manager and have used your services for transit from goa to kota on 17/07/17 which i received on 31/07/17 but my valuable items such as double bed and bike were heavily damaged and i have talked to customer care and local vendor of goa no one is responding or taking any action. Till date ie 10/08/17 i have not received any call from them regarding my claim.
I have done insurance of my household items for which i have to receive refund.
I will not suggest your services to any other banker.

Process my refund within 1 week or else i have to take the matter to consumer court.
