Escalation for agarwal movers and packers It is disheartening to see how your organization handles customer services. Till now, i had very bad experience with agarwal packers and movers which ironically holds limca book of records. Two major issues that i faced with your teams. 1. I called the call center. I asked them to do a survey and give me the estimate of number of boxes and price for the household relocation. But the representative in the call center said that i have few stuff and agarwal will manage the stuff in 4 boxes. The team arrived to pack the stuff on 09th april 2016 and they committed that they will do everything that day itself. However, there was scarcity of the boxes as the call center guy gave the wrong estimation. Then i had to go with the agarwal packer to find more boxes. This bad service didn't stop here. There was lack of packing material that i bought myself. The loading vendor safex didn't come that day and he came the next day at 12 afternoon. I don't know how agarwal can charge premium by these kind of services. 2. The car consignment wignndlh01361 I asked the call center executive to provide me the duration it takes to deliver the car. He told me it takes 5-7 days. The driver came on time on 10th april 2016 and told me that it takes 5-7 days to deliver the vehicle. I called mr. Bajrangi who looks after car dispatch yesterday on 14th april 2016 and he told me that the car is still in delhi, even after 5 days of the pick up. I called mr. Ajay, vice president of agarwal movers and packers. He was cutting calls and not picking the calls. In the end, he asked me to call any senior and get the status. He said he won't give me the status and expedite the process. I called mr. Vk dixit just to know that car is on ajmer express way 6 days after pick up and he said that it will take 3 more days to deliver the vehicle. I am not able to understand how agarwal won limca book of records with such inconsistent information by your executives and such a bad behaviour by senior managers. Mr. Vk dixit too was cutting calls and said that he cannot take stress as he is facing heart issues. I mailed the heads of the company but no one is reverting. When i asked for contact details of mr.
