I booked a car consignment and deposited my car on 14.8.22 which was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days.
After more than half a month, my consignment is still not delivered. I tried contacting customer care which resulted in a dead end. All the information that they have is "your consignment is in transit and will be delivered today/tomorrow". There is no real-time tracking of the consignment and the reason is the same "GPS is not working in the vehicle".
After charging such hefty fees (Rs 60, 000), customer support like this is purely unacceptable. Monetary wastage and mental harassment due to such incidents are prodigious.
