Agarwal Packers & Movers — My bajaj pulsar bike not yet reached bangalore from mathura after 7 days

My GC no is 4861029, i have booked my bike from Mathura to bangalore on 31 Mar 23. On that time of booking told me tomorrow will dispatch, but still my bike is in Agra or anywhere, i dont know. I have booked on the name of Agarwal but i really feel it is my mistake, No customer care or tracking team not attend call or give any answer or cut the call within conversation, it means just make fool to people, i have bad experience still i dont know where is my bike.
