This is to bring your notice that AGL Tiles company(www.aglasiangranito.com) is having very Bad customer service via their so called distributor(Naagam Enterprises), Bangalore.
Here are few of their services:
1. Once you purchase the tiles from their distributors its not their responsibility to deliver the tiles in good condition although they are delivering with their own truck.
2. If you purchase the tiles of X amount they will give you a bill of X-20%.
3.The rates of the tiles will fluctuate on daily basis.
4.If you need one or two tiles extra, you've to buy the full box.
5.Arguments from the distributor are free with each time you visit their shop for any exchange.
I had the above mentioned nightmerish experience recently.
