Air India — Amount paid but no ticket generated

Dear manager, 1. i had booked a ticket on 19 aug at about 2100h. 2. an amt of rs 10904/- has been debited from my a/c but no ticket has been generated and no confirmation received. 3. the details of my booking is as under:- (a) pnr no JPY0Q. (b) delhi-lucknow, 23 aug (c) lucknow-delhi, 25 aug 4. i have called up TOLL FREE number atleast 15 times, but to no avail. could u please send me a confirmaion of my ticket please on my mail. thanks ajay hamir [protected]
