hi mam/sir as per conversation with customer care they told me that ur warranty is on hold due to original bar code not available.
but mam for ur kind information as per our conversation i had told u that i missplaced the original bar code as at the time of purchasing nobody told me to send me this.
in ur reply mail u asked me to send the scan copy of bar code by removing the batterry.
so i had mailed u that and also send the hard copy of this bar code and other documents by courior which delivered to ur office by 28-11-13 as i check the status of courior.
also i mailed many time but no reply received till now
so plez consider my case as urgent and give me reply
