Flight ticket of mr. vinayak b kulkarni & mrs. vandana v kulkarni was booked online via make-my-trip site. pnr no. j3fe4, eticket no.[protected].
By mistake name of mrs. vandana v kulkarni was wrongly typed as mrs. vanadana v kulkarni. i have request make-my-trip customer care as well as air india customer care to help me getting the spelling rectified as mrs. vandana v kulkarni. as they are a senior citizen they should not face any problem in travelling the airlines.
As per the update provided by the customer care, they have received a remark in their system which is circulated to airport mumbai stating that the name should be read as vandana v kulkarni instead of vanadana v kulkarni.
I sincerely request you to kindly help me with some confirmation to the passenger either on his mobile or email id for the same so that he can travel without any fear.
Request you to kindly help these senior citizen's ( they are director of the company ) & our company is a frequent flyer with air india airlines.
