I'm Naresh Virothi, and I'm a big fan of AirIndia. You know what, since I started traveling abroad in 2017 to date (more than 10 times), I have only chosen AirIndia, and had never thought about the other airlines. And now I regret it.
Refund not received since 40 days.

AirIndia, please stop playing with customers metal health, stress and money they invested in you to build your empire. I called the customer service more than 20times and wrote 10 emails, but still no refund. You are crossing your limits, as per your policy you are obliged to deduct cancellaton charges, then come come you are not obliged to provide me the refund in 7-8 working days. Stop playing with my time and money. Issue the refund as soon as possible.
