One day I opened olx app jobs searching I applied Airport job after he send it is total online process Selection . U selected Job Location In Vizag AS TICKETING Point FEB 23 joining date u pay 1200
courier charges and id also will delivery yesterday morning mobile number switch off
A consultancy named Air India has posted a overseas job opportunity on the internet.as per the job opportunity, my interview was conducted and they took 1200RS for my medical.
I got my Letter of intent on FEB 23 joining date which mentioned my salary and my joining date which was.
Later the consultancy person informed me Send Bank Account pay 1200 offer letter and id will send courier charges is 1200 because of which I had to leave my job.I haven’t received any update from them They mobile Number switch Off they emailed me stating that the joining date has been delayed till FEB 23and a new offer letter will be issues.
Just out of the actual company names Air India to get some updates and they informed me that the offer letter given to me was fake and do not recruit any one from india.
I wanted to lodge a legal complaint against the consultancy and want compensation against the losses what I incurred in these .Kindly help
