Dear sir,
I strongly protest against the autrocious behaiviour of a security ground staff near terminal 1 departure of kolkata international airport on 10th nov'18 at 06:43am.
We had just boarded down from the taxi and it had been less than a minute when the security ground staff started shouting and using abusive language for releasing the taxi. We requested to alteast wait for a minute but the person won't listen.
Is this the way a passenger gets treatment in kolkata? Is this hospitality management? What impression are we putting up by such behaiviour. This is nothing but harrassing the passenger and marring the reputation of the city.
