Airports Authority of India — Deduction of Payment for AAI ATC exam but not updated on portal else no refund.

On 29 Nov 2023, I was applying for the post of AAI Junior executive ATC 2023. For payment I choose UPI so done a payment of 1000rupee instantly, but later payment was not updated on portal. Due to last date of payment I have to done the payment again. I raised the ticket about the problem and tried to call AAI helpline but there is no response from the authority.
I am attesting photographs and my application number for refrence to this issue...
