Airports Authority of India — Not responding to customer complain

I had given a written complain to airport authority at delhi dosmetic airport and they had said that they will look into the matter and give me the mail or call me up within the next 2 working day, and the complain was made on 01.08/15 at 1248 hrs and today is 05/08/15 and till this date no mail or phone call from their side.
