I'm a new airtel (Prepaid) customer. I have taken new connection last month and just days before i have opted for much hyped airtel 448 inr recharge just to receive 1 gb data per day for 70 days. I have recharged it on 2nd dec 2017 at 8:37 pm ist via a airtel retailer. The recharge was successful. But i didn't got data for that day.. After 12 am ist the other day the data they said exhausted which i never used and closed the internet connection from morning itself. When i called the customer care they told me that your daily limit of 1 gb data reached. So you will have to wait for midnight to get next day data. I waited till midnight in a hope the internet will start working but it not happened. Finally again i called customer care at 12:55 am ist (12/4/2017) which is chargeable (50 paise per 3 min).. The customer guy said that no internet is running anywhere in panchkula or chandigarh as there is maintenance going and everyone facing the problem so it will take 72 hour to get rectified and disconnected the call.

Rule wise and the plan promise wise i should have got 3 gb data..1 gb per day basis for last 3 days. But i not got even a single gb and now on the 3rd day they are saying due to maintenance internet will not work for 72 hours.. Mean another 3 days i will have to wait. So total 6 days lost and 6 gb data lost. This is total cheating and fooling customers via advertisement on national television. As they promised i didn't got service. I want my amount to be refunded back with fine and i want to disconnect this service. Requesting you to please take this case forward and file a customer cheating case from your end.
