Ajanta Opticals, Gurgaon — Refused to give refund after putting wrong glasses in the frame without informing

I visited Ajanta Opticals new outlet in Good Earth City Centre, Sec-50 Gurgaon on 03.08.15 at 4pm. I went there to buy a pair of Polycarbonate Crizal Forte UV Airwear 1.59 (unbreakable) for one of my frames. I finalized the deal with a guy (Deepak...not sure about his name) in INR 2800 and he agreed to give the frame the next day after 7pm. I paid him an advance of INR 1000 on the same day. I called him the next day at 7pm to confirm if the frame is ready and got the confirmation on the same. When I visited the outlet again to collect my frame, I was surprised to see the final outcome. There were 2 guys present on 05.08.15 at 7:30pm. They gave me the frame and I immediately pointed out that this is not the glass I ordered. I realized it because of my limited knowledge and a recent bad experience with one of the shopkeepers few days back. They din't even inform me while installing a cheaper product i.e. Crizal UV Junior which is completely unethical on their front. The rule says that they have to inform the customer whatever the case is. This completely proves that it is a case of FRAUD. I immediately told them that I don't want these glasses and they starting arguing without accepting their mistake. They were repeating the same words again & again that the glasses they have installed are also unbreakable and of same brand i.e. Crizal UV Junior. One of the employee of Ajanta started shouting and asked me to check if I can get Polycarbonate Crizal Forte UV Airwear 1.59 in the whole city of Gurgaon. He also agreed to give me my refund of INR 1000 & these Crizal UV Junior glasses for FREE if I can find out Crizal Forte UV Airwear 1.59 with any of the opticians in Gurgaon. I checked with another optician nearby and informed Ajanta that the glass is available so be ready with the free glass and my refund of INR 1000. When I reached at the outlet, one of the person asked me to return the glass without any scratch. I sked him to remove the glasses immediately. He asked me to leave the glasses for one day which was again surprising to me. I told him that I will get the glasses removed from another optician and I can not take the guarantee of any scratches since the person will not remove it in front of me rather it is to be performed in a lab. I already informed both opticians that I am very punctual and short of time as I came on a very short trip to India. I wanted the frame ready to be brought to my workplace on 06.08.15 as this was my last day of a short trip to India. I got the glasses removed from the 2nd optician and took it to Ajanta. I accept that there was a small scratch on one of the glasses but then I never took the responsibility of any scratches and informed Ajanta guy well in advance tht I'll get it done from a professional. After all this argument and hustle, Ajanta guys refused to give my refund which is unethical. I want to request all customers to avoid going to such type of inexperienced and illiterate businessmen and save your valuable time. Kindly check the authenticity of the case and arrange my refund.
