i have a split A/C of 1.5 ton bought 2.5 years back and since then the pcb is giving trouble. have changed for 3-4 times along with the power transformer . but fault is not resolved by the service centre. we are at ghaziabad, sahibabad and the service centre is Singh Enterprises. i am suffering for last 4 week now they are not picking up the phone no engineer is answering the call. paid the service charges twice in the same week for their visits and paid for the PCB twice in the same week, but still the A/c is not working. now no one is answering. compressor is still in warranty we trusted the brand IFB and invested in your product now felling being cheated..
