Ajio — complaint for refund

I have requested a refund for a product that i have returned due to size problem
Order id is fl78034313
They said once pick up will be done they will refund me
Bt after sending several emails they are just saying that it will take time
I'm fed up of their excuses
They are seriously pathetic
Worst customer service i have ever seen
Now i can't wait more
I just want my money back
It's really bad that such a big company has worst customer service
