Respected Sir/ Madam,
I had ordered 2 track pants through Ajio website on 16 September 2022. But due to quality issues I cancelled my order and asked for refund.
Though I ordered 2 track pants on same day and having single bill, they delivered the items separately. (One on 19th and another on 22nd September)
I tried to cancel the complete order before 2nd delivery but it didn't allow me to do. So I submitted the cancellation request on 23 September.
I paid the amount of Rs 489 for the order. But Ajio refunded only Rs 180 and Rs 210 respectively. While contacting their customer service, they are giving me the reason of partial cancellation request and refusing to refund full amount.
If they would have delivered my order in 1 go, I also would have cancelled and returned in 1 go. What's the customer fault here? They are cheating their customer.
