This order of converse shoes was placed on 7th july, Ajio delivered wrong fake product on 15th july, The return request was raised immediately along with pictures of wrong product received. 24 hours after checking pictures and everything, ajio accepted the return request and order was picked up on 17th july.
I was promised 100% refund before 31st july 2021 on call and on app and also on Instagram. I have proof of screenshot and calls with me. I called them twice and they promised me refund before 31st july. Today, without any information, they cancelled my refund, and sent me following message “ Hi Dr! We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FL[protected]. Do continue to shop with us. For details click bit.ly/37ook6p”
Now they sent me wrong product, returned and kept the wrong product as well and also kept my money. I am going to take a legal action against them now if they do not refund Was this information helpful? |
