Ajio — Product picked up but refund not done

I am regular user of ajio for many years. I returned a product Button-Down Cardigan with Ribbed Hems
My refund was initiated on 10 January 2022 but the amount did not reflected in my mobikwik wallet from which I made the transaction for this product. My order id is #EX[protected]
Returned I'd is Return ID: #RT55708251
I complaint against it to customer care they said they will process the refund but now they sent an SMS saying that your complaint is resolved and closed but I have not received any refund amount in my mobikwik wallet or account . Ajio Complaint ID COM[protected] .
Sir, I want my refund back as soon as possible. If ajio will cheat like this everyone will uninstall it's app .

Updated by Sunny20021993 Till date they not refunded the money it's now 1 Feb 2022 from 10 jan 2022. They just say they are processing with refund and then sometimes say they processed but where my money gone if it's not reflected in my mobikwik wallet or bank account . I sent my bank statement as well as my mobikwik wallet statement . They are cheating it's serious issue we need to raise our voices on twitter tagging indian govt and modi and pmo . This is the real face of jio and ambani. They did this while reliance communication was there and now jio and ajio started the same and it's now shame to the company service team .
