Ajio — They closed my Online account and did not refund my Ajio Wallet balance

I had an online account with Ajio which I used to order products from them however they had sent many products to me which were not upto the mark and were defective and they even refunded my money for them however recently they have deactivated my online account without any prior notice and my account had a balance of Rs 600 which they never refunded to my bank account before deactivating my account. When i contacted them multiple times they asked me to send emails on their customer service id and till date they are just asking me to wait and have not refunded my money yet.
I have even provided my bank account details to them for the refund of the money still they did not refund it yet. They said they will refund by 12.05.2022 but still no refund yet.
