I am writing this mail to you so that you will know what was happened to me in last 4 days.
I have order u.s polo slim fit shirt first time on ajio with order Id-FL85034701. In the order tracking after confirmation it was written your order will be ship before 22nd October 2018. But after calling your customer care again and again they have no clue why my order was not shipped. They were saying me on call if you want you can cancel the order, if you want please audit the call records. I said your promise date has been gone when I will get my order so they said we need to two more days.
I have order same from amazon on same date 20th October and all my order got delivered and your services are worst.
I will not recommend anyone to ajio and write my experience on twitter and social media handle about ajio worst experience.
I have cancelled my order from your site as there is no value to customer, fake commitment of dates and you guys have not even compensated anything if the delay is from your end. Your competitors are way ahead they compensated me extra discount or cash back if same thing happen to me through there site.
Worst site no value for customers worst customer service
